December Calendar
Happy almost December everyone. We made it though Halloween, Thanksgiving and a 3rd birthday over here, so now it’s time to bring on the joy of Christmas! This year we have a 3 year old and an 8 month old, so it is finally our year to start the traditions. We used the Elf on the Shelf last year, but I think Grey might have been a bit young to completely understand it. Not this year… he is so excited! I also thought it would be fun to bring out an advent calendar. Not only is it fun for the kids to do something everyday, but it also gives me a few hours of activity that is already planned out. I found it difficult to find something that was craft and experience heavy for boys so I created my own. With a birthday in November the gift giving is a bit excessive this time of year so I decided to make this less about the gifts and more about getting into the holiday spirit. We will leave the gifts to Santa. I’m so excited and I hope you enjoy!
